What should I do if I am not sure about the product size or model?

If you end up ordering the wrong size or model, we do accept returns, but please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery.
What happens if the cargo arrives with damage?
Our products are fully insured against delivery damage. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please follow the same procedure as for missing or defective parts—contact our team with details and photos no later than the next working day, and make sure to submit the report within one week of delivery. We will evaluate your claim and arrange for a suitable solution. Please note that a photo report is required for all damage claims.
